「静動描舞ノ道」-FACE・AWAKEN・EXPRESS・PRAY-
I feel that I had been treating the meaning of the ordinary in our daily lives as if it were air.
Having experienced this particular situation for the first time, we are forced to stop and reevaluate the normalcy of our lives and must have found our own ways.
The movie expressed the awakening and prayers through their performances by the "ink painter" and "graffiti artist" - at opposite ends of the traditional spectrum and street calligraphy, and the "pole dancer" in the situation where is difficult to express and communicate.
今まで普通に過ごしていた日常、その何気ない普通という意味を日々の生活の中で空気の様に扱っていた気がします。今回の初めて経験する特殊な状況で人は、その普通が普通に過ごせなくなり歩みを止めて見つめ直させられ、それぞれの道を見出していたのではないでしょうか。
同じく表現し伝えることが難しい状況で、伝統とストリートという対極の書描表現者である「水墨画家」「グラフィティーアーティスト」と「ポールダンサー」の気付きと祈りの映像作品
COVID-19 has affected a number of people around the world.
I, myself, have faced myself during the self-restraint and realized how to move forward from here on, reconsidering my life, work, and creations.
I called upon the members who sympathized with my idea, interpreting the images of "facing, suffering, awakening, and moving forward" through the respective performances done by the ink painter, graffiti artist, pole dancer and the professional members who support them, into a video. I'm happy to share the video with you that I directed for the first time in addition to the world of costumes.
コロナによって世界中の様々な人が影響を受けています。
私自身、コロナの自粛中に自分と向き合い生活や仕事、クリエーションのあり方を見つめ直し、これからどう進んでいくかの気付きを得ました。
そういった経験をしたメンバーに声をかけそれぞれのパフォーマンスを融合し「向き合い・悩み・気付き・進む」というイメージを水墨画家・グラフィティーアーティスト・ポールダンサーのパフォーマンスとそれを支える照明・撮影・音楽・メイク・衣装等のクリエーター達が最小メンバーで集まり映像作品としました。
